Ice Wizards are a special class of mage focusing on water-elemental spells. Ice wizards generally benefit from lower AP costs, faster casting times, and faster cooldowns than their fire wizard counterpart. In exchange, they sacrifice some damage. Although their exclusive attack spells are not affected by the first job passive skill Freeze, some spells inherently have a slowing or immobilizing effect, allowing ice wizards to maintain their ability to act quickly while slowing enemies down. Ice wizards are ideal for mages who enjoy using speed to their advantage while giving up some power.
